Your Personal Renaissance: Why the Falling Apart Is Part of the Design

Everyone hits rock bottom. Everyone loses a job, a marriage, a season of life, or a version of themselves they were certain was permanent. And from the bottom of it, most of us ask the same question: why is this happening to me?

An ancient Hindu icon answers that question without using a single word. In one statue of a dancing god, five acts unfold: birth, sustaining, destruction, concealment, and revelation. And every one of them is necessary. Including the collapse.

Scott Moore leads renewal retreats in Tuscany, birthplace of the Renaissance, a movement that only happened because something old had to die first. In this talk, he offers a map for the falling-apart seasons of life and a practice for moving through them with more grace and less terror.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27 AT 10:15 AM

Deeksha - Oneness Blessings

@ The Other Side Village - 1882 W. Indiana Ave., SLC

On the last Sunday of each month, experience the gentle, heart-centered practice of Deeksha (Oneness Blessing), a silent energy blessing that invites greater peace, clarity, and connection. Whether you seek inner calm, spiritual growth, or simply a quiet moment to receive, Deeksha offers a beautiful opportunity to open to the presence of Divine Love and awaken to the deeper truth of who you are. No experience or particular belief is required. Everyone is welcome to receive this sacred gift in a warm and supportive community.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 11 AT 12:30 - 2:00 PM

Let’s Talk About Death: Creating a Safe Space for Honest Conversations

@ The Other Side Village - 1882 W. Indiana Ave., SLC

Join us for a compassionate and meaningful conversation about a topic we often avoid, but one that touches every life. Kelly Hewitt and Robyn Eyre-Long, experienced Death Doulas, will create a safe, welcoming space to explore end-of-life wishes and introduce Five Wishes, a thoughtful advance-care planning tool that helps you consider not only the medical care you would want, but also who you trust to speak for you, how you wish to be cared for and comforted, and what you want your loved ones to know. This workshop isn’t about fear or focusing on death, it’s about living with greater intention, creating peace of mind, and giving ourselves and those we love the beautiful gift of clarity.

Enjoy a light lunch and love offerings are requested.
